Data collected and purposes
Name, email, phone, company details, and message content shared through contact forms, quote requests, meeting scheduling, and support are processed to respond to your request, perform a contract, or provide necessary pre-contract communication. Limited technical logs related to site usage may be processed for security and improvement.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on contract establishment/performance, legitimate interest, explicit consent, or legal obligations under KVKK Articles 5 and 6. Data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and statutory limitation periods.
ChatGPT and Codex plugin
The Jettfy SEO Check plugin for ChatGPT and Codex accepts one public web address you ask it to check. It fetches that page's public HTML and returns signals such as the title, meta description, H1, canonical link, HTTPS, structured data, and whether robots.txt and sitemap.xml responded. The plugin does not ask you to sign in, and it does not receive your ChatGPT conversation, account, or payment details.
The page address and the fetched public HTML are used only to produce that check. We do not sell this data and we do not use it to build an advertising profile. The HTML is not stored after the response is sent. A short-lived in-memory counter of the calling network address may be kept for up to one minute to limit abuse, then discarded. You can avoid this processing by not using the plugin. Requests about this processing can be sent to info@jettfy.com.
